As a grandmother of two girls aged 5 and 2, Story Time For Me provided quality time with my granddaughters.  The computer program provided my girls with the opportunity to engage in active learning with tactile and mental stimulation.  The stories were age appropriate, and the characters adorable.  It doesn't take the place of my reading to the girls, but it does provide an extension of quality time with them.  As a high school English teacher, I'm always looking for ideas to encourage children to read.  This program could even benefit older students with a reading disability or ESL students.
